Membership to be paid once annually.

£505 + £15 Joining Fee + Band 

Silver Tier membership includes the following; 

- Access to all downstairs features of the Gym. 

- Access to changing suites on the 1st floor of the MHF complex.

- Access to Sauna and Steam

- Access to advanced Technogym features on Cardio and Bio-Strength equipment. 

- Access to 3 classes in either the multifunctional Classroom or the spin studio per week. 

- Priority to class bookings. 

- Access to specialist classes. 

- 1 Sun Bed session free of charge up to 15 minutes. 

Silver Tier Membership does not include the following; 

- Silver MHF branded membership band. 

- Access to any classes in the spin studio without further payment. 

- Access to any discounts on refreshments from the Juice Bar.

- Access to any discounts for Merchandise. 

- Access to any 1on 1 Personal Trading time.
